We are a Call Center based in Lahore and looking for Male & Female full time Customer Service Agents for Inbound Customer Service, this does NOT involve selling or telemarketing. only customer service.
You will be providing Phone and Email/Chat based Support to United Kingdom customers and duties include
• Answering phone calls professionally
• Answering emails and chats as needed
• Resolve customer issues and answer general inquiries
• Do other administrative work as needed
• Candidate must be Vibrant / Energetic /Enthusiastic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
VERY IMPORTANT to have fluent English speaking and neutral or little accent. Please don't hesitate to apply!
Job Timings will be during UK hours mostly but it may change, so starting at morning onwards until evening.
Salary Ranges from Rs 20000 to Rs 25000 (Depending on Confidence, Skills and Experience)
