Job Duties:
(i) The Deputy Superintendent Jail is the Chief Executive Officer of the Prisons & shall discharge his duties under the immediate directions and orders of Superintendent Jail.
(ii) The Deputy Superintendent Jail shall maintain discipline both amongst subordinate officer and the prisons and strict enforcement of all rule, regulation and orders to the management of the prison, prisoners and staff.

Qualification/Experience required:
Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree with one of subject in Social Work/ Sociology/ Criminology/ Psychology or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the HEC. EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years post qualification experience in Administration.
