1. DESIGNER – KIDS CATEGORY
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop original and trend setting designs for the kidswear category infants to teens
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to create seasonal collections
• Prepare tech packs, mood boards, and color stories
• Collaborate with merchandisers, production, and sampling teams
• Ensure design feasibility in terms of fabrics, trims, and construction techniques
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in kidswear design preferably in woven and knit garments
• Strong illustration, CAD, and graphic design skills Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw
• Knowledge of fabric types, print techniques, and garment construction
• A creative portfolio showcasing best kidswear designs
2. INVENTORY OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and update inventory records regularly.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
• Track stock movements inbound/outbound.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and production departments for inventory planning.
• Generate reports on stock levels, usage, and discrepancies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
3. ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in monthly closings and preparation of financial reports.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Requirements:
• B.Com / BBA Finance/Accounts or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, ERP.
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial principles.
4. DATA ENTRY OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize both digital and physical records.
• Perform regular data verification and corrections.
• Support other departments with data-related tasks and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
Requirements:
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• High typing speed with attention to detail.
