5. Make the policies & memorandum for the benifits of labours & administration for the best out put .
6. Arrange the held parts & materials required for completion of job from Local market in suitables cost which are unavailable in stock.
7. To give instruction & guidence to individual for completion of job .
8. To impliment / make sure the safty precaution of iquipment as well as personnel
9. To avoid re work arrange the test before completion the job .
10. Facilitate the personnel with all tools & safty appliences .
