The Event Planning Assistant is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization and implementation of various events, including coordinating with suppliers and venues to ensure the smooth running of the event. Responsibilities:
Assist the Event Planning Manager in the planning, organization, and implementation of events.
Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Responsible for the preliminary preparation of the event, including venue layout, material preparation, and participant communication.
Assist in the production and distribution of event promotional materials such as invitations, flyers, and social media content.
Support the teamwork at the event site and handle emergencies and temporary needs.
Assist in collecting event feedback, and compiling and analyzing event performance reports.
Participate in post-event summary meetings to make improvement suggestions and optimization plans.
Requirements:
Educational background in event planning, public relations, marketing or related fields is preferred.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and external suppliers.
Creative and detail-oriented, able to come up with innovative ideas in event planning.
Possess good time management skills to ensure events are completed on time.
