Responsible for managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including planning, developing, testing, implementing, support and up gradation of ERP Modules. Ensure smooth functioning of all ERP modules in NLC. Implementing business practices that support troubleshooting, streamlined workflow, and efficient use of the ERP systems, evaluating service proposals in order to identify appropriate staffing needs, and making appropriate recommendations. Coordinating with DBA and technical teams for risks assessment, integrations and system improvements.
