When you are working with us, you will be:
• Diagnoses and resolves issues in servers, network, network devices desktops, laptops, e-mail, Internet.
• Hardware & Software Vendor Management.
• Procurement of Hardwares & Softwares.
• Maintaining IT Asset Register.
• Maintaining and administrating VOIP and Asterisk Server PABX extensions.
• Maintaining Bio metrics System for attendance and managing its vendor.
• Maintaining & Managing Data Center/Server Room.
• Maintaining Backups & DR Operations
• Take part in trainings & development and improvements in IT Infrastructure processes.
• Using and Maintaining Issue Tracking and helpdesk ticketing system.
You can get in, if you can prove that you:
• Are a graduate in Engineering or related discipline
• Are outstanding in any competitive area such as technical skills, business domain, sports, etc.
• Have minimum 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Have a good speaking and writing skills
• Have a constant drive for personal and organizational growth
• Have flexibility under changing conditions and ability to multi-task between projects.
