Program Lead TB Shield Pakistan

At Spiro we stop tuberculosis before it starts. We are an NGO that designs and funds "TB Shield" TB screening and prevention programs, supporting hospitals with capacity building and reaching communities that need help the most.
We’re looking for a person to oversee all the TB Shield work that Spiro funds across Pakistan - working closely with government stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure TB Shield programs launch and run smoothly so TB Shield helps as many people as possible.
Youll be employed by a local partner organisation and work closely alongside the Spiro global team.
This isn’t just another job — it’s a chance to expand an exceptional program from the early days. Over time you could take over more and more responsibility for core TB Shield strategy decisions.
We don’t require TB-specific experience — we’re looking for someone entrepreneurial who really cares about helping others.
This role would be ideal for you if you’re passionate about making a difference and you want your work to matter, you’re excited about working alongside a small group of like-minded colleagues, and you’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with lots of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
