Quantity Surveyor, CAD Operator & MEP Engineer Required

Quantity Surveyor:
To prepare execution plan, cross sections, IPCs, EPCs, claims (Escalation, insurance, idling), bidding document and final bills.
To prepare and submit reports including PMR, ePMR and ePMS on execution plan
To ensure payments record from the clients and clearance of outstanding dues.
To calculate & ensure quantum of work done as per design
To conduct & prepare rate analysis for all materials
To undertake daily visit to project site and ensure progress updates.
To prepare & submit the bar bending (design of steel) schedule to consultants for execution of structures
To prepare briefings / presentations both for management as well as clients.
To prepare EOT (Extension of Time) for submission to consultant / client.
To prepare variation orders (contains variation / enhancement of quotations) for submission to clients.
Any other task as assigned by the Project Manager.
Specification
Ability to prepare IPCs, EPCs, claims and tender related documents.
Expertise in preparation of rate analysis.
Ability to make quantity calculations from drawings.
Expertise in preparation of earth work X-section area on software i.e Auto CAD.
Should be well conversant with computer based environment.
Ability to take decision on critical matters
MEP Engineer:
Requirements
Minimum degree classification of 2:1 (i.e. 60% or above) in a relevant degree – Mechanical or Electrical. A further specialist (such as a MEng or Masters degree) would be an advantage.
No more than two years relevant work experience
Drive and self motivation to achieve chartered status with the relevant institution
Drive to continuously develop your technical and behavioural skills
Ability to lead and work as part of a team
Ability to apply technical knowledge in analysing problems and creating solutions
Ability to work and communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) within multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work on your own initiative
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines
Ability to influence others
Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgements
CAD Operator
Specification
Are fluent in one or more Autodesk CADD (computer-aided drafting & design) programs.
Create technical schematics and blueprints for the construction of structures and products.
Provide measurements, dimensions and notes on the materials needed to complete the project.
Coordinate with other employees to obtain technical details, optimize designs, and resolve issues.
Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies and limit production problems.
Write additional instructions & comments and position them into technical drawings and blueprints.
Need strong communication skills to deal with both technical & non-technical employees/clients.
