Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
Regional Sales Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the companys sales activities and customer relationships in a specific region, driving sales growth and achieving sales targets. They need to have excellent sales skills and market analysis capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase the companys market share.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data and propose improvement plans.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead the regional sales team, conduct training and guidance, and improve team performance.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate cooperation with marketing, product development and other departments.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business management or related fields.
2+ years of sales-related experience, at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
