Job Description:
Axxon BPO is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative SDR to join our sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations.
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into qualified opportunities.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and appointments.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and learn in a fast-paced environment.
