Senior Laravel Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Laravel Team Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Laravel development and a strong background in various aspects of web development, including CI/CD, Docker, AWS services, deployment strategies, email templates, CMS, and payment systems. As a Team Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers, driving projects to successful completion, and ensuring the highest quality of code and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Laravel developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure project success and team growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features following best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable Laravel applications, modules, and APIs.
Manage the deployment process using CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and other relevant technologies to ensure smooth and consistent deployments.
Utilize AWS services such as S3, EC2, and SES to enhance application functionality, reliability, and performance.
Create and manage email templates using technologies like AWS SES to facilitate effective communication with users.
Coordinate with designers to implement and optimize front-end designs, ensuring responsive and visually appealing user experiences.
Implement and integrate content management systems CMS to empower non-technical users to manage website content efficiently.
Integrate and manage various payment systems to enable seamless and secure online transactions.
Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Utilize Jira and Zendesk Ticketing System for project tracking, issue resolution, and efficient communication within the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to maintain application stability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the teams skills and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel development, including a proven track record of building and maintaining web applications.
Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated deployment strategies.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as S3, EC2, and SES for optimizing application functionality and performance.
Proficiency in designing and implementing email templates for effective communication using AWS SES or similar technologies.
Experience with content management systems CMS and integrating them into web applications.
Familiarity with various payment systems and integration methods for secure online transactions.
Prior experience with Jira and Zendesk Ticketing System for project management and issue tracking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of leading and mentoring development teams.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
AWS certifications and other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
