Our main services include landscaping and planning for: 1. Large scale projects such as urban regeneration schemes, pedestrian schemes, highways, road/retail schemes, housing societies and parks; and 2. Small-scale private projects including farmhouses, personal lawns and walkways.

Position:
This is a full-time position with responsibility to assist the senior management in (i) Strengthening and sustaining client relationships, through consistent emphasis on client needs; (ii) Understanding client expectations, relaying key client considerations to all concerned teams, and acting as the liaison between the client and the organization; (iii) Ensuring complete client satisfaction for the services delivered and incorporating client feedback in organizational learning; and (iv) Reinforcing the company’s brand in order to maintain market position.
We intend to recruit a high-potential young professional with 1-2 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Client Relationship Management, and passion to have a long-term career in this domain.
Key Roles:
Liaison with the senior leadership in:
1. Profoundly understanding the key needs and requirements of the client;
2. Accurately conveying client considerations to the Design Team;
3. Seeking client approval for the design, budget, construction material and project timelines;
4. Negotiating and coordinating with the client regarding any change in the project, advocated by the Design and Project Planning teams;
5. Ensuring the incorporation of client feedback in the final design and material selection;
6. Closely administering the progress of a project all through its execution phase;
7. Arranging client visits to the project site, for inclusion in the project outcome;
8. Upon the completion of the project, seeking detailed client feedback;
9. Keeping former and current clients in an on-going firm relationship;
10. Developing, organizing and distributing promotional material to current, prospective and former and prospective clients; and
11. Maintaining and updating the record of all current and former clients.

1. Develop thorough understanding of the client relationship management practices through analytical study of international best practices, and implement its findings in formulating a customized client relationship management system in the organization;
2. Reinforce your ability to acquire, consolidate and apply the fundamentals of client relationship within a practical context;
3. Consistently evolve your people skills, and enhance your ability to remain engaged with the client;
4. Do in-depth research on and stay abreast of the latest trends in landscape/construction industry, including materials and construction techniques, and international best practices which are feasible within the context of Pakistan and match the needs of local clients;
5. Enhance your learning through regularly reviewing key publications in the landscape/construction industry, and benchmarking your work outcomes against global best practices;
6. Ensure that all communication with team members is crisply recorded and incorporated in the work;
7. Develop strong personal management practices, such as intelligently prioritizing work, producing high quality within the agreed timelines, and effectively documenting all important work done;
8. Build up resilience to handle pressure, and consistently improve performance in the light of feedback.

1. In coordination with the CEO, organize a meeting with the client to understand client perspective and make an accurate record of client specifications;
2. Relay client specifications to the Project Planning Team, to enable site assessment which incorporates client needs;
3. Convey client specifications to the Design Team, and follow-up with it for drawings to be presented to the client;
4. Prepare the detailed proposal to be presented to the client regarding the specifics of the project, and ensure its approval prior to its presentation;
5. Organize meetings with the client for the approval and finalization of the project design, budget and timelines;
6. Attend all pre-construction meetings to understand the exact requirements of the project, and be the champion of client needs;
7. Upon the finalization of the project plan and specification of material, arrange a client meeting for the approval of the material sample;
8. Administer the construction of the project on a regular basis, arranging client visits to the site;
9. Write and present detailed reports on the client feedback regarding the quality of service delivered;
10. Maintain a firm grip on all the client projects in progress, proactively and professionally handling them simultaneously;
11. Remain up-to-date on the billing and collection status of all projects/clients, advise on credit, collection, and ensure that all payment collection issues are duly resolved;
12. Prepare standard and customized promotional material for the firm and services portfolio for distribution among current, probable and target clients;
13. Ensure that up-to-date promotional material for the firm and services portfolio is always ready and available for distribution among current, probable and target clients;
14. Maintain up-to-date lists of former and current clients along with the contact details of their senior leadership;
15. Plan and set quality objectives and timelines for the execution of responsibilities, and to follow through on them;
16. Ensure that relevant work related files are maintained, numbered, up-to-date, and safely kept in good condition; and all important correspondences are duly recorded in the relevant file; and
17. Produce punctual, error-free, and reliable professional work, based on work objectives.

Desired Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration from an HEC recognized university, with GPA score of 3.0 or above
Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred
